How to play & technical info

A war-games crisis settled in a single draw. A random DEFCON setting assigns a 1x to 5x multiplier, and the only tactic is to survive. Add the Ante bet to choose an ally whose win is multiplied by 10, for up to 25,000x. You set the volatility.
